Research Field: I am conducting research on the psychology of entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and human resource management to promote entrepreneurship and evidence-based knowledge for improved individual and organizational success.

Research Topic: I have recently become interested in exploring the intersection of theology and entrepreneurship, focusing on how spiritual beliefs influence entrepreneurial behavior and decision-making, However overall my research focuss on the psychology of entrepreneurship, international entrepreneurship, and Emerging Markets. Additionally, I am engaged in paradox research within organizations, examining how leaders and employees navigate and manage conflicting demands to achieve sustainable growth and innovation.
